What a ride! The Team Degani 3 Peaks Challenge lived up to its billing as the ultimate one-day challenge ride on Sunday, with wet and cold conditions and an incredibly demanding 230km course combining for a brutal test of grit and determination.
Of the 1,250 riders who started the 230km route, which began and finished at Falls Creek, 718 hardy soles completed the course, the last rider arriving at the finish line after almost 15 hours in the saddle. Read more...
Thank you for your commitment and participation. As a rider in the inaugural event you have achieved something truly amazing! With over 4,000 meters of vertical climbing this ride was always going to be tough, and the conditions you rode in could not have been tougher. Congratulations to those who started the ride. An even bigger congratulations to those who conquered it!
