A letter from Tim Paul, President, Freeport Merchants Association

Dear FMA Members, Partners and Friends,

On behalf of the Freeport Merchant Association Board of Directors, I am pleased to announce the appointment of Myra Hopkins as the new Executive Director of FMA. 

After a thoughtful and diligent search, we are excited to have found a Director with the skills that Myra brings to the position. With more than twenty years of business management and business leadership experience to draw from, most recently as a long-time District Manager with Polo Ralph Lauren, she is committed to achieving our strategic marketing goals, working to enhance, improve and strengthen the Freeport experience for visitors, and supporting every member of this organization. An important aspect of meeting these goals, and one of her initial areas of focus, is building strong relationships and business partnerships with each one of you.

The Board and I look forward to working with Myra as we embark on an exciting time of change and opportunity.  She is clearly a strong leader who will help guide this organization into a new era of success.
