Please join the Iowa British Car Club and Road Rally Charities this weekend for the Mid-Iowa Brit/Euro Car Classic at West Glen.

The 2010 Mid-Iowa British and European Car Classic is the premier event for everyone with a love or fascination for these fine automobiles. This year’s extravaganza will take place on the first Saturday in June.

The destination for this year’s classic will be the beautiful West Glen Town Center in West Des Moines, Iowa. Truly a premiere location that compliments the style and grace of these classic British and European automobiles.

Make plans now to spend June 5th with us as we celebrate the passion for British and European automobile craftsmanship. The Mid-Iowa British and European Car Classic takes place on Saturday, June 5th from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Proceeds from the 2010 Mid-Iowa Brit/Euro Car Classic will again go to charity this year. We simply ask for your help in supporting a very worthwhile charity; the Food Bank of Iowa. Please feel free to bring a recent canned food item with you when you register your vehicle on the day of the show. All proceeds and collected food items will be delivered to the Food Bank of Iowa.

New the year is the Inaugural Friday Night Fun Run

A new addition to the 2010 Mid-Iowa Brit/Euro Car Classic this year is the Friday Night Fun Run sponsored by our friends at Road Rally Charities. This exciting driving event will happen Friday evening June 4th. Participants will enjoy the scenic beauty of Central Iowa while touring the countryside in their classic automobile.

Starting at 6:00 PM on Friday June 4th, this fun event is a two-leg poker rally covering around 35 miles each leg through the Iowa countryside. There will be a scenic stop and great photo opportunity while we let the cars cool down and enjoy some ice cream.

The winning hand will get an entry into the Mid-Coast Road Rally on October 16th and two Road Rally Charity T-Shirts. Worst hand will win an entry into the Mid-Coast Road Rally. Make plans now to spend Friday June 4th and Saturday June 5th with us as we celebrate our passion for British and European automobile craftsmanship.
