One2Four: Beds are closing all over NSW!

As of 5pm yesterday, (Wednesday 11 January) 451 hospital beds around the state of New South Wales have been closed as a part of the One2Four mandated nurse to patient ratios campaign!



More beds are scheduled to close in the coming weeks.

You can download the tally sheet at the NSWNA website which is updated at 5pm each day.

2011 has not started out well for Australia with the tragic news of the stabbings at Bloomfield and the unfolding tragedy in Queensland. 

The flooding will go down in our history as one of the most devastating natural disasters in Australia.

Please give a thought to the families of those who have lost loved ones, or who are waiting to hear if relatives and friends are okay, or have lost everything they own.

You may wish to give more than a thought and donate to one of the official disaster appeal funds.
