One of the ways we like to keep our Body Positivity momentum going strong is with regular Body Movement!

Moving your body doesn't have to mean sprinting up 30 flights of stairs or lifting a car over your head. It can be something as simple as an afternoon walk or light stretches!

Our favorite way to get our Fitness vibe on is with these awesome Yoga or Pilates videos. The instructors know just the right moves and positions to make our bigger bodies feel great.

No matter what you do for Body Movement, be sure to wear loose, comforable clothing and drink lots of water!
