Discounted Technical Support Plans

We listened to the voices of our clients and answered with exciting new options. With the recent addition of new developers and support technicians to our team, we can assist you with trouble shooting of problems when you just don't know what to do!  When you purchase a Technical Support Plan, in essence you are purchasing a service which ensures that you have technical phone support every month at a deep discount.

The user time is calculated and executed in thirty-minute (30) increments for technical issues, updates and changes to existing websites, blogs or Social Networking pages for one (1) year.r.  All incidents that exceed the hours contracted within a given month are billed @ $65.00 per hour, which is still a discount from the standard rate.

We have two plans available:  

Tech Plan A - $1392
Up to two (2) hours total technical phone support per month (no rollover), executed in thirty-minute (30) increments for technical issues, updates and changes to existing websites, blogs or Social Networking pages for one (1) year.  All incidents that exceed the 2 hours within a given month are billed @ $65.00 per hour.

Tech Plan B - $2640

Up to four (4) hours total technical phone support per month (no rollover), executed in thirty-minute (30) increments for technical issues, updates and changes to existing websites, blogs or Social Networking pages for one (1) year.  All incidents that exceed the 4 hours within a given month billed @ $65.00 per hour.

Purchasing a Technical Support Plan constitutes a 20% savings.  If no plan is selected, all forms of technical phone support will be provided at $75 per hour, no other previous negotiated discounts will apply.  Non-profit organizations receive an additional 20% discount as our way of giving back to the community.
