FOREWORD Kevin McCole COO UKIBC Firstly, I would like to thank all of you who have renewed your UKIBC membership for 2010-11. Membership grew from 102 to 162 over the last 12 months, and I’m delighted that the renewal rate has been better this year than last. More and more organisations are joining. I would like to extend a warm welcome to new members and an equally warm welcome back to those of you that have renewed.
From the feedback we have received, it is clear that our sector fora are becoming increasingly popular, and are perhaps a key reason why the membership is growing. This newsletter features some of the work we have done and will do on infrastructure, skills and retail. If you are not already engaged with our Fora, I would urge you to do so.
