UTP's featured Artist!
Ashley Logan uses her powers of creativity for good. She graces the stage in many forms, as a public speaker, poet and an author; sprinkling a bit of knowledge on audiences all around the DC area. Ashley had an early start, unlike most. Her father bought her a typewriter at the age of 6 and that instantly developed her creative love for writing poetry. Ashley also wants her children to have an early start, which is why she wrote her first book.
"I really wrote it for my future kids just to let them know that if they stick to their dreams, it can be accomplished. My mother always told me that you always want to leave a legacy and I wanted to leave mine through print," Ashley says.
