What's New @ RFPL: September 2011
The River Forest Public Library will resume Sunday hours on September 11th this year. On Sundays following the Labor Day weekend through Memorial Day, we will be open from 1-5 pm. Drop in and visit us!
September also marks National Library Card sign-up month. Now is the perfect time to get a library card for each member of your family. Library cards are free for residents and are open to any age (parents can sign for their children). Simply bring in a piece of mail and a photo ID to our Circulation desk and our staff will be happy to assist you. Your card opens up a world of valuable community resources, including access to homework databases, online picture books, downloadable audio and ebooks, the SWAN catalog, and more. Sign up for your new card, or renew your expired card today. Your journey starts here!
