Private Mountain Bike Coaching | Revamped

If you're looking for some mountain bike coaching for yourself, colleagues, group of friends or your family, we have a variety of options for booking intimate private sessions.

Private tuition gives you the option of working on your particular problems and difficulties for as long as you wish. So if you're lacking confidence on slippery roots, shiver at the thought of a rocky drop-off or just want help in finding your flow, book a private coaching session.

Private mountain bike coaching is available to book through the week including evenings and weekends. Sessions can be as short as two hours or as long as a full day.

Prices are based on group size and start from as little as £40 per person for group bookings.

Adventure Racing | Tri-Adventure Spring Series

Tri-Adventure are an exciting new company hosting a series of sprint adventure races based in the South East of England.

They have two events, the Sprint combines trail running, navigation and mountain biking over two hours and the Trail combines off road running and navigation over an hour.

Astounding Adventures are proud to announce their sponsorship of the 2011 Spring Series. We'll be giving every competitor a 20% discount voucher off our Mountain Bike, Navigation and Adventure Racing courses.

Winter Blues? | Try a Guided Night Ride

To help you make to transition to night riding, this Autumn and Winter we have scheduled a series of guided night rides in association with Exposure Lights. Every other Thursday evening we'll be running a night ride in The Surrey Hills to give you an opportunity to try the new 2011 range of Exposure off-road lights.

The rides cost £25 per person, but this is refunded from the cost of a new Exposure light if you choose to buy it from us. Not only that, but we are offering all of our customers a cool 10% off the retail price across the range!

Coaching Team | New Mountain Bike Coach

At Astounding Adventures we are constantly looking to improve the range of courses we offer. To this end we've hired Rob Reed to help us develop a new range of advanced MTB skills courses.

Rob Reed is one of the UK's leading bikers, competing in National BMX events and claiming 3rd in his Rookie year.

As a qualified Mountain Bike Skills Leader and with 15 years of riding experience, Rob holds all the ingredients for a fun day out learning smooth jumps, drops and hops with style.

In the run up to Christmas we are running a competition for our customers who have already attended one of our outdoor sports courses or guided adventures. We'd like you to post a quick review of your day with us on our Facebook page.

To enter just click on the review tab at the top of our Facebook page and leave a few words reviewing your Astounding Adventures course. You'll then be entered in a prize draw to win one of 10 Original Buffs (pictured right).

Community | Brighton Mountain Bike Club

Brighton MTB are a group of bikers who really like getting out on their mountain bikes. They range in age from 20 to 50 with both men and women in regular attendance.

Rides are open to all mountain bikers, just turn up and introduce yourself.

Tuesday evening rides are for the quicker, fitter riders, whilst Thursday evening rides are a little more laid back with a relaxed pace and a social feel.

So if you live in Sussex, give Brighton MTB a visit if you fancy a blast around The Downs.
