Indoor Cycling & Weight Training Class
Join us at Studio Z in Stanwood on Saturday, February 26th from
Noon to 1:30pm for one of the best workouts you'll ever enjoy!
Five-time Washington state champion, Greg Sicotte will lead us through 90-minutes of alternating weight training and stationary trainer cycling. This is the indoor cycling workout where you ride and lift weights to the rhythm of powerful music. The class focuses on three categories: Speed, Strength and Endurance.

Your First Class is FREE
Whether you register online, or just show up, your first class is free. Cost for 8-classes (Saturdays, Feb 26 through April 16) is $65 if paid for on or before February 26th. What to Bring
Studio Z will provide all weights, music and intruction, including ample space for you to set up your own riding and weight stations. Stanwood Velo Sport will be providing up to 4 trainers for demo purposes and will be available on a first come, first served basis. Here is a list of items you should bring with you to ensure a great workout:
Your bicycle
Stationary trainer
Athletic shoes
Cycling shoes (if applicable)
Hand towel
Plenty of water
