Special Connections In the Washington DC area, two TWU grads connect thanks to a license plate. Martha Jo Rowland Payne, BS Elem Ed 1962, (right) was driving home one evening when she spotted a license plate that struck a familiar chord. She followed the car for about two miles, until the driver, Diana Balboni, BBA 2001 and MBA 2005, (left) pulled into her driveway. Read more
