American Dietetic Association's 2011 National Nutrition Month®
Eating right doesn’t have to be complicated. March is National Nutrition Month, when the American Dietetic Association reminds everyone that while there is no magic bullet when it comes to your health, registered dietitians - as the best source for nutrition information - can demonstrate how balance, moderation and portion size can improve any diet.
Each year during National Nutrition Month, ADA encourages consumers and the media to get their nutrition advice from the most valuable and credible source of timely, science-based food and nutrition information — a registered dietitian.
