Members get ready for the Masquerade Ball
PRESIDENT'S MESSAGE
I’m always excited when the calendar turns to March, as we are able to enjoy the beautiful Birmingham spring weather. March also means a month full of outstanding events around town. Our own Masquerade Ball has quickly established itself as one of the premier events in Birmingham. For those of you that haven’t had a chance to attend one in the past, you don’t want to miss it. This year’s event at the Alys Stephens Center on March 19th is going to be a blast. Make sure to tell your friends to purchase their tickets NOW, as we will be capping the number of tickets available for purchase and expect it to sell out.
In addition to the Masquerade Ball, be sure to register online and mark your calendar for all of the exciting Rotaract events listed below. I look forward to seeing everyone at the Zoo on Thursday at our off-site lunch meeting, as our club will be the first group to get a tour of the new Trails of Africa exhibit – just the latest benefit of being a member of this great Club. Finally, remind potential members that the application deadline is this Friday, March 4th. Click here for application information.
