The Impromptu Team
Peterborough City Council call on Impromptu to help review their HR processes
Earlier this year Impromptu worked with the Human Resources team at Peterborough City Council (PCC) to help them roll out a new performance appraisal process.

Resiliant Leadership Case Study: Greater Manchester Challenge
Impromptu has recently been involved in one of their most sensitive role play challenges to date. We, and the client are delighted with the outcome.
The client is Greater Manchester Challenge, a government funded initiative to support the leadership of challenged schools in the Greater Manchester area. The Resilient Leadership Programme was designed and delivered as a collaboration between Brathay Trust (www.brathay.org.uk) and Impromptu Ltd to provide Head Teachers of these challenged schools the skills and confidence to lead them to success.

Global UpdateImpromptu is delighted that their global wings have now spread into Chicago, Montreal, LA, Houston, New York, Athens, Bangalore and Hong Kong and only within the past 6 months! This is in addition to the teams already set up in India, Dubai and Australia that we have previously mentioned. A number of our clients have requested members of our UK team to use their experience and transfer programmes across the waters, whilst others prefer to use local role players depending on the cultural requirement. We are delighted to be able to support both approaches. We will be putting together a full 'global' article in the Winter Insight edition (Feb '11) but if you would like more information in the meantime, please email Nigel Gilkes at nigel@impromptultd.com
